Foreign delegates can make the payment in amount equivalent to the US $ mentioned above. All payments should be made in the form of bank demand draft, cash or by SWIFT banking in favor of SACOR 2008.

Full delegates are entitled to:

  1. Attend all the scientific programmes, workshops and technical exhibitions.
  2. Conference kit.
  3. Coffee breaks and lunches.
  4. Banquet and cultural dinners.
  5. Transportation to and from the hotels to the venue.

Accompanying persons are entitled to:

  1. Attend the technical exhibitions and social activities.
  2. Coffee breaks and lunches.
  3. Banquet and cultural dinners.
  4. City tour.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation has to be made in writing through e-mail / fax / post to the SACOR 2008 conference secretariat before 29th February 2008. The policy regarding the refund of the registration fee is as follows:

Before 31st January 2008 75 % refund
Before 29th February 2008 50 % refund
After 1th March 2008 No refund

Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.
Should undue circumstances make it necessary, the conference committee may need to cancel the conference. Fee in full will then be refunded. The organizing committee can not be responsible for reimbursement of the airline fare and Hotel accomodation in the event of cancellation of the conference.
