Nepal is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of natural beauty due to its unique geographical position and latitudinal variation. The city is full of temples, monasteries, mosques and churches. Bhaktapur which covers an area of 4 sq miles is a city of devotees and it still retains medieval charm. The visitors to this ancient town are treated to myriad wonders of cultures and artistic achievements.
Pokhara, a remarkable place of natural beauty, is a resort city. The valley offers stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks and pristine lakes creating an ambience of peace and magic. Pokhara today is a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, besides starting point for most popular trekking and rafting destinations. Pokhara can be reached in half an hour by flight from Kathmandu.
